Hip Replacement Rehabilitation

hip replacement rehabilitation

18 weeks post-op for a right total hip replacement, Trainer Dave had me doing 100’s working legs with regular squats and kettle ball squat rows last night. I returned to Dave at about week 10 and he has taken great care in gradually increasing my training with the focus being corrective training for the weakness that occurs with a joint replacement.

He has been invaluable in both the “prehab” and now with the continuation of my “rehab” which has contributed to a very successful surgery and healing. After 4 years of near constant pain, my life has completely changed with my new hip and Dave’s deep knowledge, caring and patience.
