Individual Training

An initial consult1 is required before our first personal training session to collect baseline stats. This ensures the development of a personalized and tailored action plan to achieve optimal results. In this 60 minute session, an optional body composition scan2 is offered. While not mandatory, it is highly recommended for a more precise evaluation. The results collected from this diagnostic testing will accurately determine the specific direction and approach to start our journey.

After a waiver of liability is signed, weekly sessions can be scheduled. Discounts are available when 2+ sessions per week are pre-scheduled.  Pricing is as follows:

  • $100 per session for one, one hour weekly session.
  • $90 per session for multiple sessions a week.
  • You will have FREE access to the wellness program when you commit to one session a week.  

Rates are based on a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Sessions will be billed in full without a doctor’s receipt/note.
