TRX Split Squat

The TRX split squat is a highly advanced move. You must be able to perfect a stand alone split squat prior to advancing to the TRX. Individuals that show tight hip flexors, weak or inactive glute musculature will not be able to perform the move.

Corrective training: Foam roll tight/overused muscles (psoas, quadriceps, hamstrings, TFL, adductor magnus).
